CANCELLATION RIGHTS

In accordance with the distance selling Regulations 2000, customers have the right to cancel their order within seven days

RETURNS

If you wish to return any products you may do so within 14 days for a full refund. Providing that the product has not been opened or otherwise used, returns/refunds are not available on ‘The Health Detective’. Please obtain a proof of postage for all returns. Please note that The Natural Health Practice does not pay the cost of return postage. Refunds will only be issued upon full receipt of returned goods.

VAT

All included in this site are subject to VAT at the standard rate, currently 17.5%. This excludes books, which are zero rated for VAT. All goods supplied overseas to countries to countries where VAT is not chargeable, VAT will be deducted as appropriate.
