Plan of Action
Nutrition
To ensure you are getting the right nutrition, follow the dietary recommendations
outlined in The Nutrition for Women's Health report which you can get free, together with two other health reports, by clicking on the 3 Free Health Reports box in the top left corner.
Your Supplement Programme
Vitamins and Minerals
- A good multivitamin and mineral capsule. (Make sure all the levels are high.)
- Beta-carotene (50,000iu per day)
- B-complex (containing 50 mg of each B vitamin, taken daily)
- Zinc (30mg per day)
- Vitamin E (300iu, used as an oil to rub into sore tissue)
- Omega 3 oils (EPA 700mg, DHA 500mg)
- Garlic capsules (4000mcg of allicin per day)
- Vitamin C (1000mg, twice daily)
- Acidophilus (containing 4 billion beneficial bacteria)
- Echinacea
- Tea tree oil pessaries
At the end of three months you should reassess your condition and adjust your
supplement programme accordingly.
It is very important when you are choosing supplements, for you to choose
only the highest quality supplements you can find. This is because many of
the poorer quality brands often have large quantities of fillers and other
non-essential ingredients - which in some cases could actually be harmful to
you - and the vitamins and minerals they contain may be in very low, ineffective
dosages. You may also find that the higher doses you require are not generally
available to the public.
