Yes Baby is a certified organic fertility-friendly lubricant system for couples trying to conceive. Vaginal pH is typically acidic, and therefore hostile to sperm, except during ovulation (the most fertile period). This lubricant helps to create the optimal alkaline environment for sperm, and then restores the vaginal environment to its protective acidic pH after ovulation.
The two pack (see below) system has been designed to support healthy conception and is also supplied with ovulation test strips to identify the most fertile days in a woman’s cycle.
Recently published statistics indicate that as many as one in three couples experience difficulties in conceiving, with 75% of women trying to conceive reporting an increased incidence of vaginal dryness, often caused by the stress of making love by the calendar. Many of these couples trying to conceive use synthetic conventional lubricants unaware that they all damage or inhibit sperm and may prevent conception rather than enabling it.
When trying to conceive it is vitally important vaginal health is maintained, to give a fertilised egg the best possible chance of developing to full term.
Pack 1 is the sperm friendly lubricant and is used during your most fertile period, from the LH surge to 48 hours after ovulation.
Pack 2 is the vagina friendly dual action lubricant and intimate moisturiser and is used from 48 hours after ovulation, to restore vaginal pH, after the most fertile window has closed. Use Pack 2 when you are no longer likely to conceive.
