GiSol provides at least 3 billion saccharomyces boulardii per serving (up to the date of expiry). It’s shelf-stable meaning it does not require refrigeration and is ideal for taking ‘on-the-go’ or whilst travelling.
Saccharomyces boulardii is a unique, safe, non-pathogenic yeast. It has been safely used world-wide to support intestinal health since its discovery in 1920.
Saccharomyces boulardii is a transient gut flora species, meaning that it does not colonise the intestinal tract. The Saccharomyces boulardii in GiSol has been shown to survive the digestive process; to reach the gut and remain in a viable form throughout the bowel.
GiSol can be used either on its own, or alongside other live bacteria, including Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria. It may also be used while taking antibiotics as it is antibiotic resistant.
Two capsules daily, or as directed.
