Ante Natal Support is a special multivitamin and mineral specifically formulated to give you and your baby all the essential vitamins and minerals important for a healthy pregnancy. It can be used preconceptually and all the way through pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are using the Advanced Fertility Support for Women then take it from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards instead of the Advanced Fertility Support..

Usages

Recommended Daily Intake:

2 capsules daily, for best results take 1 capsule twice a day with food

Contraindications and Warnings:

This product contains Iron which, if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children.

Long term intake of 2mg of manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue.

Beta Carotene should not be taken by heavy smokers.

Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Moisture droplets may cause capsule discolouration or black spots.
