For example, the vitamin B6 is in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P); the active form which your body can use. If you choose a supplement where the vitamin B6 is in the form of pyridoxine (which is a much cheaper form), your body has to convert it into P-5-P in order to get the benefit. If you are run down, tired or stressed then your body may not be able to make this conversion from pyridoxine to P-5-P and so you do not get the benefit of this important vitamin.
The vitamin E is in the natural d-alpha tocopherol form and not the synthetic dl-alpha tocopherol. The minerals are all citrates e.g., calcium citrate are not sulphates, oxides, carbonates or chlorides.
The vitamin D is in the form of D3 which is 87% more effective in raising and maintaining your levels of vitamin D than D2.
