Your Supplement Programme

Vitamins and Minerals

  • A good multivitamin and mineral tablet designed for pregnancy. This multi should contain the B vitamins (including folic acid), vitamin A (at less than 2,500 iu), calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium and chromium.
  • Omega 3 oils (EPA 700mg, DHA 500mg)

If you have had a previous episode of pre-eclampsia then add an extra:

  • Vitamin C (500mg per day)
